Diane Tyre Meyer: Obituary

Mrs. Diane Tyre Meyer, age 64, of Blue Ridge, GA, passed away on November 16, 2019 at her residence. Born in Dade City, FL, she was the daughter of the late David and Joyce Baker Tyre. She graduated High School in 1972 and in the same year was crowned Miss Zephyrhills in Florida. She was retired from Office Management and Research in the English Department from the University of South Florida. Diane loved to travel in her RV and reading. She also enjoyed Quilting for the sick and for newborns. She was a member of The Ridge Community Church. Preceding her also in death was one son, Kenny Aborizk and one brother, Allen Tyre.

Survivors include her loving husband of 32 years, Gary Meyer; two sons, Andy Aborizk and Jason Meyer; one daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Karl Crawford; grandchildren, Cody Carlin, Kayla Crawford, Taylor Antoneitti and Rylee Crawford; two great grandchildren, Mary Carlin and Jaxon Perkins; devoted aunts and uncles, Jean, Berman and Bill; niece, Judith.

Diane’s family would like to express their deepest heartfelt gratitude to all who helped during her illness.

Diane wishes were to be cremated and the family will gather to celebrate her life on November 21, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. from the family farm in Zephyrhills, Florida.
