The Fannin High School wrestling team traveled to Sequoyah High School on November 17th for the Sequoyah Armed Forces Classic duals tournament. The Rebels wrestled three dual matches to clinch first place. Fannin beat Sequoyah in the first match, The Walker School 30-36 in the second match, and clinched first place against Hiram with a 42-39 victory in the finals.

“Our team wrestled very well,”

said head coach, Joshua Snider.

The Rebels’ next dual will be at Robinsville, NC. November 28th at 5 pm. The first Rebels’ first home tournament will be December 8th in the new gym, beginning at 9 am.
