The Devil’s Masterpiece

One day while ministering in the jail system, I was doing what you would call, one- on- one, with an inmate. He had filled out a card requesting to see a minister. This nice looking young man, about thirty years of age, came to me wanting prayer. He had been arrested for drugs and was scared that he might be going off to prison. He looked so nice and innocent. I said, maybe the judge would give you a break; is this your first time? He said,” no it is my thirty-first time.” This young man was caught out in a make-believe world that just doesn’t work. This type of world is like living on a merry-go-round. It will just keep spinning you until you fall off.
As I began to seek the Lord about the drug problem, I ask the Lord why law enforcement has not brought it under control? It had now been a problem for years, and truckloads of money had been spent enforcing the law. I believe New York State, at that time, was spending more money building prisons than on the school system. I heard very clearly, by the Spirit, the Law cannot control it because it is of the wicked one.
The devil owns and operates the drug industry. It is controlled by spiritual wickedness in high places:darkness, evil powers ruling principalities. It cannot be won with flesh and blood. Illegal drugs are designed to do three things, kill,steal, and to destroy. We probably couldn’t count the moms and dads that are suffering, and grieving as they watch their hopes, and dreams for their sons and daughters go up in smoke. It seems nowadays, good, clean living, hard-working parents are spending a lot of time visiting their children in jails or prisons. The parents are watching their children’s education and their future as it goes down the drain. The parents should never have to be put through this kind of suffering or pay this kind of price.
The devil is no respecter of persons. Multitudes of rebellious, young children are out there on the streets because of not being properly parented. In many cases, their parents are in jail, or drugged up, and messed up.These young people are hurting. They are struggling and making decisions that a young person should never have to make on his own.They look around and see” properly parented-kids,” and they say to themselves I don’t fit here, so they move on over to the wrong street where they can find like-kind.
At any given time, today in America, many mothers and dads are locked away; not knowing for sure where their kids are or who is taking care of them. In many cases, they are left with a live-in boyfriend or girlfriend. Like everyone else who is hooked , mothers, and dads will choose the drug, and ignore the cries of their own. Many will tell us how our bodies crave it, and now we just can’t function without it. That is not true. God says, “ We are fearfully, and wonderfully made.” (Psalms 139:1 ) We need nothing more than him.
When you use drugs, the spirit which is attached to that drug now sets up in your mind and places the demand on your body. I have also noticed when the iron bars slam behind a person; the drug problem takes second place. The problem is now, how do I get out of this place? I have seen many, many people set free in minutes by getting that demonic spirit cast out of their mind. Please remember, no matter how it seems, the need for the drug is one big lie from the evil one. We have power over the deceiver any time we choose to use it. You can choose to walk free by listening to what I am saying right now. If your child is in lockdown, don’t give up hope! Some of the best ministers I know came out of the lockdown system. Many of them are better than seminary graduates. They lived out the bad, and now they see the good. They now say God is good. They can now preach the Good News from the evil trap that they came out of.
Parents , listen to me. Drugs are the work of the devil, and he hates family. He is out to destroy yours.He will destroy your children just to devastate your life. Drugs are a whole tool chest for him; all he needs to do is get them hooked. The devil uses people who are already operating by his spirit, but they don’t know it, It could even be a friend. The provider makes you think, if you take this, you will feel better or different , or something more than you are now. Once you reach out for it, the spirit that is attached to the drug, which is of the devil, is now attached to you, because you gave him the authority. Just one hit, and now the devil can put power behind that drug and keep driving you for more. Your life can now be owned , operated, and controlled by one big lie of the devil. I have seen many abandon their families, rob their parents, and steal anything they could get their hands on. I have noticed, one will risk everything because he thinks he can’t survive without the drug.
I don’t believe the Church, as a whole,has ever seen the hand of the devil in the drug industry like I am talking about today. It seems as thou ,the best work the Church has done is to help find a rehabilitation center, after the “Crash.” Many churches are offering an afterburner type program to those coming out of jail or rehab, which is good.If we, the people of God, the Church, will listen to what the Lord is speaking here today, and every ministry enters into spiritual warfare; teaching their people about the power they have when they put the Word, the Spirit and the power of prayer together. We must let the Lord know that we trust Him for help. When he hears us crying out to Him for help, He will fight for us. The Lord has a much larger tool chest than the devil. If you know the depth of the Lord’s love for you and know who you are in Him, you’ve got it. You won’t need anything else to prop you up. That living water from the Lord will satisfy you. Get It, and you will want nothing else. If we put God’s power behind law enforcement, they can clean this mess up.
The Governor of the State of New York is a real piece of work.This guy recently approved full term abortions. A couple of weeks ago (early 2019} he approved the sale of marijuana. I wonder if the Governor has thought about how many lives will be messed up or killed because of his terrible decision. I heard him say he can make three hundred million dollars a year just on marijuana. Boy, that tells you the hunger America has for the stuff. If the sales tax, would be three hundred million, what would the total amount that New Yorkers would spend on the stuff? I wonder now how many Governors have listened to him and is giving some thought to that tax money. They all need more funds, and that would, more than, pay to run the average police department. I say Oh! Lead me not into temptation! The good Governor of New York will do it.
Americans spent about a trillion dollars on illegal drugs in the last decade. Think about this, people have worked hard for that money, stolen for that money, and sold their possessions for it. Most of that money goes out of our country to people we don’t even know. A lot of that money was robbed from hard-working parents, and much of it was from the government by way of the welfare system money. Many who can least afford it are the devil’s best customers. The devil sticks his hand out, and the people just bring in the money.Young girls and young men will sell their bodies for money in order to run to the drug dealer. Illegal drugs are one of America’s largest industries with multi-millions of sales made every day. Our net return is death, destruction, pain , suffering, and sorrow. It is like a leech to our nation. The mighty United States of America cannot control the drug industry, but the Church could if it would.
The NDIC estimates that the annual cost of drug-related crime in the United States is more than $61 billion. The Criminal Justice System costs making up $56 billion of that cost. Folks, this problem is draining our nation, and if you are a taxpayer, you have to pay up.
From 63 to 83 percent of all arrestees test positive for illicit substances at the time of their arrest. According to the Arrestee Drug Abuse Monitoring Program (ADAM II), which monitors arrestees? In 10 cities across the U.S., 12 percent to 50 percent of arrestees test positive for more than one drug in their system when arrested. We have 2.3 million in jail or prison at any given time and 3.7 million on probation. We have over 6 million weighing down the system at any given time. The largest population is for drugs; 56% of the women incarcerated are for drugs. Our great Christian nation has more people locked down than any nation in the world. The evil one is working harder than the Church.
More than 70,200 Americans died from drug overdoses in 2017. Illegal drugs cause 250,000 global deaths yearly. Fifty thousand men were killed in that long-lasting Vietnam War.Twenty-two hundred have been killed in the last 18 years in Afghanistan. The drug war is our biggest killer today. All the people of God need to join in the fight and take it down.
Drug abuse costs the nation more than $120 billion per year in lost productivity, according to The National Drug Intelligence Center (NDIC). Included in that lost productivity are reduced labor participation, incarceration, premature mortality, hospitalization, and participation in treatment programs.
The NDIC reports the annual drug-related healthcare cost in
America is more than $11 billion, That figure includes both direct, and indirect costs. The NDIC estimates that the annual costs of emergency department visits related to drug abuse are $161 million, with an additional $5.5 million in costs for those who have to be hospitalized.
The Treatment Industry is, according to Forbes Magazine $35 billion a year. rehabilitation can be big business.
The total of illegal drug costs for 2018 was about $ 506 billion. In comparison,
McDonalds sales 2018, 37,639 billion
Burger King Sales 2018 $9,644 billion.
Wendy’s sales 2018 9,310
Total 56,594 billion this is worldwide sales
If the Body of Christ, the Church, ever needed to come together,it is now. We need to see that we are in the greatest spiritual battle the Church has ever known. I make this statement based on the facts that I have presented to you. If you cannot believe them, then open your eyes. The devil has used drugs to change the culture of America. We are not the people or the great nation that we once were. The devil took the first lie he told Eve and repackaged it, and we are living with the fruit of it today.
The devil said to the woman has God said? If you will just reach out and take this, your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God. In other words, you will be more than you are now. The devil brought the whole world under sin with three words, “ HAS GOD SAID”. Jesus beat the devil and broke the power of sin with three words “ IT IS WRITTEN”! If you trust what the Lord Jesus said in His three words and give your life to Him, your eyes will truly be opened. You will be of the God kind. You will no longer want anything that comes from the wicked one,the devil. You can reach out and take The Word, which is Spirit and Life, the Fruit of the Spirit that will satisfy you. You will be on your way to becoming like Him.
Visiting Angel

I had a family room downstairs in my house, and I had established it as my prayer closet. My favorite way to pray was on my knees with my elbows on a round footstool. One night I had just finished praying, and I went upstairs to bed. It seemed as soon as I lay down, I was taken back downstairs where I was on my knees with my elbows on the footstool praying again. Just where I was before. All at once, an angel was standing beside me. I looked up with surprise and called him by name first, and then he called me Bob. It is an amazing thing that without one previous thought I knew who he was and addressed him first. Whenever you step into the Spirit realm you know things by the Spirit without learning or having ever entertained a thought about the person. At that time, he put his arms around my arm, and I guess you would say under my shoulder and carried me to heaven. I asked him where he was taking me, and he said, “I am taking you to meet Jesus.” I yelled stop! He said,” why Bob?” I said I don’t want to meet Jesus. He said,” why Bob?” and I said I don’t want to look upon his face.” Again he said, “why Bob?” and I said least my deeds should be reproved. At that point, he turned and took me back to my bedroom, but he had picked me up in my family room downstairs. I know for sure I was out of my body because on my way back to earth when we got over the top of my house I could hear the phone ringing in my bedroom. I could also see my body lying there, and I knew it had no life in it to answer the phone. I actually felt my spirit re-enter my body and I reached over and answered the phone. I still don’t understand how I left the family room downstairs when my body was upstairs in the bedroom.
Now I am so far out in left field with my life; I was just learning about the Lord, and I had not been saved very long. I wasn’t sure of anything, and now I was scared to meet with Jesus because of my deeds. I mean, I had the honored, and pleasure of meeting with Jesus, but I was in such bad shape, so I thought, at that time that I was scared to death of Him. I think that was the scariest I have ever been in my life! I can’t quite tell you what it’s like to feel such strong FEAR at the thought of meeting the Lord Jesus face to face. I had been seeking Him day and night, and reading the Bible. I was in the First Baptist Church, and going to every church service that I could get to. I had made it a priority to witness of Him to as many people as possible and was seeing people saved. I was trying to learn the right way to live. I very much wanted to live the Christian life. I was on my knees praying when he took me up, that tells you I was seeking him.
Every day I was searching my heart and crying out to God and asking him what my wrong deeds were. Well finally, I thought this is what my problems must be: I was spending too much time in the Apostle Paul’s teachings and too much time learning about the Holy Spirit. I concluded that it must be my desire for the supernatural, and I was trying to learn about spiritual gifts. I thought maybe I took my eyes off Jesus. I didn’t know what else it could be. This had to be it. I made up my mind that I would spend all of my time just reading about Jesus and nothing else. I can say for sure that this is a problem that you never want to have, that is being fearful of facing or being rejected by The Lord Jesus.
Well, by now this is how it looked to me: I must get my deeds straightened out, whatever they are. After trying unsuccessfully to share my trip to heaven with my wife and pastor, I made up my mind that this would be the last time I would try to share it. In the meantime; I just kept seeking the Lord, witnessing and doing everything I could that I thought would please Him. I just kept going, and I noticed the Lord began to use me in prophecy and I was hearing from Him. I was really being used by the Holy Spirit. I was preaching, and serving in many ways, and in many places. I just moved on without ever finding an answer for the reason I was so fearful of meeting the Lord Jesus.
Part #2 – The Vision
Some years later, I was home alone for lunch, and I thought I would get a little prayer time in. It had been over ten years, and I still did not have any answers concerning my deeds; although by now I had led many, many people to the Lord. I had all but quit praying about it. While on my knees praying, the memory of the trip to heaven floated up again to my mind. I asked the Lord about my visit. I asked God if spiritual gifts were the problem you could have sent someone to teach me, and I would have listened.
At that point, He took me into an open vision, and He began to reveal to me the real reason for the visit, to heaven. It was not about gifts, or about me, but about what it would be like when He returns and our deeds are not right, and we are unsaved. I saw men running for their lives, with unspeakable fear. They were trying to bury themselves under the rocks. I heard these words three times IT’S OVER! IT’S OVER! IT’S OVER! The words seemed to be the only sound on earth! The whole sky spoke. The whole heaven spoke. This might be the sound of the last trump! I am not sure about that. I saw men in such fear it looked like they were running fast er than cars, trying to get away to keep from facing the Lord Jesus; somewhat like the fear, I had when I was to face Him. He was the last person they ever wanted to meet, or they ever wanted to see. It is hard to explain, but the day will come when it’s over! THE DOOR WILL CLOSE, AND THE CHANCE FOR SALVATION IS OVER!
They were caught out in darkness. Somehow, I was made to understand that they knew everything and had a perfect understanding of Jesus, but they were better off in darkness than they were facing the light. The light guides us, and they knew that the light would consume them. Every one that doeth evil hates the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.” John3:20 People who have rejected or not accepted Jesus will, not only, not seek Him, but will flee from His presence in indescribable fear. They are forever condemned and know it. Just as the Lord promised the sinner, their end would be a burning hell. Please listen to me; this is not a sermon. This is a word from the Lord Jesus speaking to you on behalf of your family, friends, and anyone you have feelings for. I would have jumped out of heaven before I would have met Jesus face to face. The Lord let me carry this fear like an albatross around my neck for a very long time; It seemed like forever. It was a long, long time before I could move on. I was already going through, what seemed to be, a hell of my own. He burned this message into me to help me express, His burning love for you, your loved ones as well as the sinner. He is sending me, in his love, to make this desperate plea for your salvation. I can say with permission from the Lord that you are hearing from Him and that this is His perfect will for you that you believe in Him and to be a witness for Him. Not one good person, if they are a sinner, and not washed in His blood, will get into heaven, even if it is your mother. I know. I was made to carry this stigma, the fear of a rejected sinner, to talk to you today. You would be wise to listen. Not one sinner can enter paradise. Adam only committed one sin. When God came looking for him, he was hidden behind the fig leaves. One sin condemned him, and Adam knew It without God saying a word.” So he drove out the man, and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubim, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.”(Gen3:24) [ Not one sinner will ever get in] Listen to me, this is not a might happen. I have already watched it play out. I might have seen some of your loved ones out there running from the burning flame. If, my friend, you will get one person saved in your lifetime it will be the greatest achievement of your life. This message should make every Christian want to be a preacher. Together let’s take this message to the world by sending it to as many people as you can and encouraging them to keep it moving forward. I would love to know if you are on board with me.
When He comes back clothed in a vesture dipped in blood and a two-edged sword in His mouth, I don’t think it will be a good time to try and make a deal. Absolutely no loopholes here. May we all come together around this scripture,( Acts 26:18) Jesus said,”Paul, turn men from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God.”
Regardless of how much you have now the only thing you can take to heaven is people.
The Apostle Paul said,” And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power. (2Thess 1:7-9) That they all might be damned who believed not the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness. (V: 12)
Fatherhood

“Fatherhood”
One day while just talking to the Lord about the issues of life, I realized that I am an old man, and yet I am being fathered. We have a heavenly Father. I have someone who will hear all of my troubles, and understand all of my fears; someone who knows and cares about me and is willing to help me. What comfort! What a blessing! What a wonderful, awesome Father is our God! Father God has a kingdom. The Bible calls it the Kingdom of God. if you are in It, He will be a real Father to you.
If you believe in His precious son, the Lord Jesus, then you can walk right into the Father’s heart, and right into the Father’s kingdom where He can take care of you. Father God loves you. Ask, in the name of the Lord Jesus, and He will open the door of His heart for you.
1John 5:19 KJV “ And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lies in wickedness.” (Amplified Bible “
we know [positively] that we are of God, and the whole world [around us] is under the power of the evil one.” )
So the Devil has a kingdom also. Listen up now, if you are in his kingdom you are also being fathered by the devil and are being slowly lured into a deep, dark, burning hell. If you don’t know the Lord Jesus, you better start sleeping with one eye open.
Some years ago, after I was saved, I sought the Lord day and night without ceasing; for ten years. One day I got into my prayer closet and spent the day just crying out to God. That night when I put one foot in the shower, the Lord spoke to me in a very clear, loud, audible voice. He said to me, “THIS IS THE WILL OF GOD.” I don’t want you to hear what the Lord said to me because it will mean little or nothing to you, but I want you to hear what He is saying to you. I am speaking His words to you on His behalf. He told me His will. I have the word of God for you. This is a quote from the Spirit of God- “This is the will of God.” Then He just let me stand there, for what seemed like forever, with hot water splashing on my leg. I stood at attention. I was afraid to move even to adjust the water. Then He spoke these words to me, “Believe on Him whom he has sent.” I was a little taken back. I thought, I already believe. I wanted to hear Bob you’re doing good, or you’re my man or something. But over the years, I have learned that the kingdom of God is built on the words, the Body, and the precious blood of his Son, Christ Jesus. The Kingdom of God flows and operates through Him. Jesus was sent to bring us back to the Father and to set us apart by transforming and translating us into the Father’s Kingdom where he can provide and take care of us. Here is my confirmation.
John 6:38-39 Jesus said, “ For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.”
“And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing but should raise it up again at the last day.” I am not talking here whether you can or cannot lose salvation, but about a wonderful heavenly Father who wants you, and who has given a charge to his wonderful Son, Christ Jesus to secure you and keep you until the day, He raises you up.
Matt.17:5 “This is my beloved Son in whom I a well pleased; hear ye Him.” If you listen to all the words of Jesus, He will be a security blanket unto you. He is the perfect will of the father for you. Jesus knowing he would be leaving the earth has sought the Father for our direction, comfort, and security forever.
John 14:16-17, Jesus said, ” I will pray the [Father], and He shall give you another Comforter that He may abide with you forever.” “Even the Spirit of truth whom the [world] cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.” While you are waiting for the return of Jesus for you, the Holy Spirit has you covered.
John14:26-27 ”But the Comforter which is the Holy Ghost, whom the [Father] will send in my name, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” “ Peace I leave with you ,My peace I give unto you, not as the [world] gives, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” The Holy Spirit will remind you of the things Jesus has said and wants you to stand on to help carry you through.
John16:13 “Howbeit when He, the spirit of truth, comes He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will show you things to come.” He will speak and will be the voice of Jesus to you. “Listen”
Our wonderful Father has our future mapped out forever. John14:1-3, this next event is only for kingdom people like you.
Jesus said” Let not your heart be troubled neither let it be afraid, you believe in God believe also in Me. In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.” You can’t even die!
John 11:26 Jesus said, “And whosoever liveth and believeth in Me shall never die. Believest thou this?” You, my friend, are of the God kind. You are sealed. You are zip locked in. When your body stops, you just step right out into the presence of the angels of the Lord, you never skip a beat. Spirit can’t die. I have been in the presence of one who passed over, and I heard them say, “they are here.” The angels carry you right into glory. Just remember, to believe on Him whom He has sent.”
Ezek 18:4” The soul that sins it shall die” The unrepentant sinner, without the Spirit of God, does not have this hope.
2Cor5:21, Paul said,” For he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin, that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.” Your father loves you, and you are made right, put right and kept right. You’re everything He ever wanted. Think about this; the thing purchased always has more value than the price paid in the eyes of the purchaser.
Rev 4:11{ KJV} “Thou art worthy, O Lord to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure, they are and were created.”
You are the best that Father God could do. He created you for himself, for His pleasure, just like He wanted you! [so don,t mess it up] If He could have done better, He would have. Remember, you are of the God kind, you are like your Father.
Vision of the Strait Gate

Vision- Strait Gate
Recently,
while just getting up from my couch, in the middle of the afternoon, I had
an open vision of the Lord Jesus. I did not see a full face of Him, but I
did see the whole person. I walked up behind him. He was standing inside
of a fenced yard with his left hand on the gate as if he were pulling it
toward himself. It looked to be about 15- 20% closed. Over his head were
two words written in very large, bold letters” *STRAIT GATE”*Jesus was
looking straight ahead as if with great concern. I believe, by the way he
was looking out that gate, he was looking for the people who are yet to
come into the kingdom. Even though I could not see his face, I sensed his
feelings.* Jesus did not say a word to me, but I believe he was saying,”
Time is winding down Bob, Now is the time to move in the day of my power.
Work while you have the light; while the door is still open and the fields
are white already for harvest.” * I can’t say for sure, the straight gate
is beginning to close, but I can say for sure that day is coming.
Luke 13:24 Jesus said,” Strive to enter in at the strait gate; for many, I
say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.” I ask you, my
friend, do you still spend time thinking about the straight and narrow way
that leads to the strait gate? Are you striving for it? I hope you are
showing your family and friends how to get on the path that leads to the
strait gate. Help them find it! Will you? No matter what we are doing in
the body of Christ, our priority should be telling others about Jesus who
loved us and died for us.
Luke 19:10 Jesus said,” For the Son of man is come to seek and to save
that which was lost.”When the Lord visits us with visions, I assure you it
is for a good reason. Jesus wants to make a statement and I feel like this
is it; He loves all people, but they will never be his unless they come
through that straight gate that leads to him. You only get there by being
born again
John 3:3 Jesus answered and said, unto Nicodemus,” Verily! Verily! I say
unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
Just as Jesus told Nicodemus you must be born again I ask you, my friend,
will you speak for Jesus, Will you tell others they must be born again? If
nobody speaks, then nobody hears.
2nd Peter3:9,” The Lord is not slack concerning his promise as some men
count slackness but is longsuffering to us-ward not willing that any should
perish, but that all should come to repentance.”Bring everyone who will
listen to you in while the gate is still open. Jesus said,” come unto me
all you that are weary and I will give you rest.”When I saw Jesus he was
wearing a purple robe; I believe he was wearing purple for a reason. He was
treated and tried as a common criminal dressed in purple before he was
crucified. Purple still speaks of his suffering, bleeding, and dying for us
The color purple is mentioned 48 times in the Bible.Some of the things it
stands for are royalty, majesty and high officials (Judge.) It is true that
judgment is coming someday, but for now, his loving hand of grace and mercy
is extended to as many as you will bring to him.
1Peter3:18,” For Christ, also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the
unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but
quickened by the Spirit.” If Jesus suffered and died to bring you to God,
he also suffered and died for your neighbor.
Jn 10:9 “Jesus said I am the door: by me, if *any man* enters in, he shall
be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” “I also believe he
would say to some of us, that we have taken our eyes off of the narrow path
that leads to the strait gate and that we are traveling over the by-pass
road because it is the quicker and easier way. Be careful.The off-ramp
will drop you off in the wrong place. If you see fire and hear weeping and
gnashing of teeth, you will know you took the wrong exit.
Jesus said,” Fear not, little flock it is the Father’s good pleasure to
give you the kingdom.” The Kingdom belongs to you, but you can show the
door to someone else, maybe your own family. You, my friend, are priceless
in the Father’s eyes. He created you and is not about to leave you in a
dark place without giving you and your family a way out, even at the price
of the blood of His Son.

The power of God’s word
I want to give you a word of encouragement today. Perhaps some of you are going through fiery trials even now. Stand firm, keep trusting the Lord.
I have noticed most people I know who truly live the Christian life, and not just go to church, but have the word of God working in their lives, seem to have a noticeable peace and rest about them. I believe, and I share this from experience, that rest may well be the highest order of the blessings of God. The blessed people seem always to know in depth the word of God. I concluded that the word of God must have strength, power, and wisdom in it. If it were not of great value, we would not pursue it.
Exodus 33:13-14 Moses said to God, “ Now, therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, show me now thy way, that I may know you, that I may find grace in thy sight, and consider that this nation is your people.” I am thinking here, did anyone ever know God like you did Moses? The guy is standing in miracles up to his knees. He had just led millions of people out of Egypt after practically destroying the country by the hand of God. Now he is saying, “I don’t really know you.”
Moses was God’s man of the month. God’s man of the hour, but he did not feel like he truly knew God.
And God said, “My presence shall go with thee, and I will give you rest.”What a promise Father God made to Moses: I will be present with you, and you will have rest. My friend rest comes from believing the promises of God. The greatest promise God could make to Moses was to give him rest.
Listen to this wonderful promise from the Lord Jesus to us.
John14:16-18 “ And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you forever. Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive because it sees him not, neither knows him: but ye know him; for He dwells with you, and shall be in you.
I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.” His spirit will always go with you, and He, The Holy Spirit, will give rest to you.
Ps119:105 The Psalmist said, “ The word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.” God’s word takes the load off and shows you the next step I will take that every time.
The word of God is Spirit, and it is life. I will take that kind of life. Come and let it light up your life.
John10:27,” My sheep hear My voice.” His word, as well as his Spirit, is His voice.
The Word will protect you. It will be your rear guard.
The Psalmist said, “Thy word have I hid in my heart that I might not sin against you.” The word will keep you clean, and pure.
The word is what Father God desires to say to all mankind. He knows everything and owns everything. It is His world. He inspired all the words of the Bible. It is His story.
Jer.15:16 ( Don’t forget what Jeremiah said)”Thy words were found, and I did eat them, and the word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of my heart.” Father God responds and gives rest to His children who know his word and is secure in Him.
2: Peter1:3 the word says he has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness; through the knowledge of Him, that has called us to glory and virtue. We get His knowledge by hearing what He has to say. It is a great thing to be able to apply His knowledge to your situation. I am trying to tell you God wants to talk to you through His word today.
The entrance of the Word brings light. Has it entered you, my friend? Is your path lit up? It should be.
How are things, how is your life? Listen as I tell you about God’s plan and see if it is working well for you. And if not, you are probably missing out on what He is saying.
If the Word has priority in your life, it will shine a light on your path. Your thinking will change for the better, and you will make better decisions and better choices in life. That will help you to prosper in every area of your life.
The Word will show your feet where to step, and it will keep you on the right path. Even a flashlight can be king in a dark room.
Have you thought of the Word as power for life? It can be. It powers my life. The Lord quickened the Word to me years ago, and I have ordered my life by it. God’s Word is the greatest treasure and the greatest value of my life. It has delivered everything that it’s promised.
Psalms12:6,” the words of the Lord are pure words as silver tried in a furnace of earth purified seven times.” That’s big.
Think about the power of the Word. When your heart is full of the Words of God, it will overcome your old sorry, sinful life.
If you have a sin problem, the infilling of the Word in your heart will push it away. It leaves very little room for sin.
Ps119:89, “Forever, O Lord thy word is settled in heaven”. Let’s talk about this. It is a rope you can hang on to, an anchor that will secure you and a stabilizer that will keep you in balance.
Isaiah 40:8, “The word of our God shall stand forever.”
Matt 24:35 Jesus said, “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my word shall never pass away.”Nothing else has this kind of shelf life..
John 14:24 “Jesus said, and the word that you hear is not mine but the Father’s which sent me.” We could say, all of the heavens back His Word. I heard a statement from a Rabbi that goes something like this, “the words of men that represent God today have overpowered and overshadowed the Word of God.” Men are starving us out. There is a true famine of the true Word of God.
John 4:24 Jesus said, God is a spirit.” Jesus said My Word is a Spirit, and it is Life, so the Life of God flows out of the Word of God to us. Paul called him The Invisible God in Col 1:15
God is a Spirit, so His Spirit, His Word must touch our spirit and influence our flesh to work. If you pick up His Words and run with them, you will score every time.
John 17:7Jesus said,” Father I have given them the words that you gave me. I finished the work that you gave me to do”. Think about that. Jesus gave you the Words of Life, for your life.
We are The People of The New Kingdom

We are a part of a mighty kingdom. We stand on the solid rock of the Word of God, and we are built upon the body and blood of our precious Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ our King.
What is the Kingdom of God?
What is it like?
And are you in it?
How does it work?Mark 1:7 John the Baptist came preaching, saying, “There comes one after me who is mightier than I, whose sandal strap I am not worthy to stoop down and loose. I indeed baptized you with water, but He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.” John is saying there is a new day and, a new way coming.
The new Kingdom then, the Kingdom of God is built on the authority of Jesus; and operated by the power of the Holy Spirit, and we now have and operate the kingdom franchise.
Mark 1:22 “ they were astonished at His teaching, for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.” Jesus told the scribes “You are of your father the devil; the same devil then powers the kingdom of this world.
Mark 1:27 they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, “What is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority, He commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey Him.
Mark 4:30 Then He said, “To what shall we liken the kingdom of God? Or with what parable shall we picture it? It is like a mustard seed which when it is sown, on the ground, is smaller than all the seeds on earth, but when it’s sown, it grows up and becomes greater than all herbs. It then shoots out large branches, so that the birds of the air may nest under its shade.” It will cover you, and make a place for you. The Kingdom that is in your heart will produce, and provide and watch over you.
Mk. 4:36” So is the kingdom of God as if a man would cast seed into the ground.” The seed is the word; so the Kingdom is made of the word of God. We don’t know how it all works. Jesus said,” my word is a spirit, and it is life.” So it is a spiritual Kingdom held together by the words of our Master that are hidden in our hearts. My friend are you sure that the kingdom is in you? Faith is the substance of it, and the Bible is our written constitution.
Luke 8:11 Jesus said,” The seed is the word of God.” So the kingdom of God is operated by words, that is, words that were spoken by faith and believed. If my friend you can believe this, the kingdom works on what you say and believe. When Jesus called the Apostle Paul , the people were in darkness.
Jesus said. “Acts 26:18 Paul!, open their eyes turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God. That they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith that is in Me,” I ask you, my friend? did you notice the Lord Jesus wanted the lost person to receive and inheritance among the sanctified, that would be you; that is if you are born again Do you want people to be just like you; if not then you have not taken your proper place in the kingdom? You may still have one foot out in the world. If you are in all the way with the Lord, your life should be made up of love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, and faith. Peace and rest should be your hallmark. Did you notice that Jesus told Paul the people were in darkness; how much greater is that darkness today. The Lord Jesus is the light of the world, but if you are not in his kingdom then you are still in darkness
Matt 6:23 Jesus said your light is darkness If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness! Shine your light on someone help them, will you?
Col 2:14 Jesus blotted out the handwriting of ordinances against us! That is big! Your old, ugly, sinful life has been blotted out. Praise the Lord, The man Christ Jesus, went into the wilderness for forty days to be tested by the devil. The Lord Jesus beat him as a man and came out with full authority over the devil. One way to know that the new kingdom is now in play is to watch Jesus; he immediately started casting out devils; this is the first time in history that man cast out a devil. There is not one recording in the old testament where a man cast out a devil. After Jesus washed our sins away in his blood and made us his righteous, he gave his authority to us to operated His Kingdom on the earth by love and through faith in him.
But after faith has come, we are no longer under law. For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Faith is here and living on the inside.We are now good to go.
Lu 16:16 Jesus said, “The law and the prophets were until John, after that the kingdom of God is preached and every man presses into it.” Now that is every man that wants to get to heaven, and that wants’ to be Fathered and cared for by a loving God. Have you pressed in? The Kingdom of God starts for you as soon as you knock. The door to the New Kingdom opens by the blood of the Lamb Christ Jesus.
If you are not in, I want to bring you in today. If you are in, I want to help you get the benefits and live like a child of the king.
Matt.18:2 Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them,” And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.”
If you are converted and come as a little child, then you become the child of The King; the son or daughter of the great and mighty God, who will love you, defend you and provide for you forever.
Mt, 18:14 Whosoever, therefore, shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven”. I ask you; my friend have you ever been great? Do you want to be? Today is your day, just come as a little child, and humble yourself in the presence of God. Ask Him to forgive your sins and be your Lord. You can go from being a sinner to a saint real fast.
Let me talk to you about the greatest benefits of the kingdom while living here on this earth, like fatherhood; what it is really like when God becomes our Father? One day as I was thinking about this and just meditating on the goodness of God. I realized that I am and old man and yet I have a father, and he is God.I thought I am never alone, I can always get advice I don’t ever have a need that I can’t ask for help for, and I don’t remember what it is like to feel insecure, lonely or be worried or have fear.
Lu 17:21 Jesus said,”… behold the Kingdom of God is within you, is it, make sure?
Matt 13:19” Jesus said when anyone hears the words of the Kingdom and understands it not; then comes the devil and steals it right out of his heart.” Learn God’s word, my friend. Beware of the thief, and guard your heart. It is the Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.”
All you have to do to get in is ask. The thief on the cross asked the Lord to remember him when He came into His kingdom. “Jesus said, today you will be with me in paradise”. The day you make the change, paradise awaits you.
John 3:3 Jesus said,” You must be born again.” You can’t take your sin into the kingdom of God. Ask- “Dear Jesus, forgive my sins and please save me.

The Favor of the Lord

There is a way to understand the value of the favor of the Lord. Now Let me help you to understand how to get it.
Psalm 115:16 says, ”The heavens, even the heavens, are the Lord’s; but the earth hath He given to the children of men.” My friend, everything on this earth has been given to us from the Father. He has given us great favor.
Rev 4:11 “You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power, and praise For You created all things, for your pleasure, and for your pleasure they are and were created.”
Loved one, Father God created you because He wants you, and wants to take pleasure in you. He just loves what He created! Father God provides everything that pertains to your life.
Matt 7:7 Jesus said, “Ask and you will receive, seek and you will find, knock and the door will be opened unto you.” The door is open to you.
He has given us exceedingly great and precious promises, and because of His grace we may be partakers of His divine nature escaping the corruption that is in the world through lust. Now that’s real favor.
Prov 8: 32-34 “Now, therefore, hearken unto Me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways. Hear instruction and be wise, and refuse it not. Blessed is the man that hears me, watching daily at my door.”
Pro 8:35 “Whosoever finds Me finds life, and shall obtain the favor of the Lord”. Two of these favors would be rest and peace. I hope you will point this out to your children. Could there be anything greater than finding favor with God?
Psalm 111:1 the psalmist said, “Praise ye the Lord, I will praise the Lord with my whole heart, in the assembly of the upright, and in the congregation.” My friend listens to me! Praise brings favor. So Just do it.
Psalm 5:12” for thou, Lord, will bless the righteous: with favor thou will compass him as with a shield.” He will protect you. He will favor you.
I want to speak to two kinds of people today. Those who know the Lord and those who don’t. I want to praise, worship and honor the Lord with all of you who know Him. I want us to do it with our whole heart. And for those who don’t know him, I want to bring you into your wonderful inheritance of a glorious, everlasting life.
You say, Bob, I am just trying to survive here. I need to know how to make it in this life. Stay with me friend. Let’s find a starting place.
First, you must get yourselves into the kingdom of God before you can reap the benefits, and get the favor of the Lord.
John 3:3 Jesus said,” Verily, verily, I say unto you except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.” How do you and your family stand here? Are you in the Kingdom? You might ask what being born again really means. When you are born again, it is by the Spirit of God. Father God is a Spirit and His Spirit now comes to live in you. To make it simple, you get a brand new life, a new start. You are a brand new self. You’re now, of the God kind, like Jesus. You have been upgraded. You were made right; you were put right through the body and the shed blood of Christ Jesus. You must pray and ask Jesus to come into your heart and wash your sins away.
Now he has given us a Savior and a Redeemer his son Christ Jesus to walk us through life and to redeem us from this world. Salvation is not just a last day deal you better make sure you are in now. You need to find life now. You need the favor of the Lord today. Is sin a problem? It doesn’t have to be my friend, it is all taken care of for you; all you need to do is turn from it, change direction, call out to Jesus.
Heb 10:17 Father God said and their sins and iniquities will I remember no more.
Romans 6:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”.
2Cor 5:21” for he hath made him to be sin for us who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him”. What a savior, what favor? You’re the sinner, but he took the hit for you. Now you can get righteous, for free, if you now believe, or if you are already a believer this is what your life now looks like, well! It is just as if you had never sinned.
Rom 8:1 this is you, my friend, “there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the spirit.” Yes, it’s true you walk free my friend. You now look very good in the sight of God.
John 17:17 Jesus said, ”Sanctify them. Through the truth, thy word is the truth.” From the day, you believed and accepted the Lord Jesus as Savior, and believed his word you were sanctified. You say, me! Yes, you have the favor of the Lord.
Eph 5:25-26 Christ Jesus loved the church, and gave himself for it, that he might sanctify it; he cleanses it with the washing of the water by the word. His word washes old thinking out, put’s in new thinking.
Heb 10:10 “we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once and for all. That’s Big, Big, Big.
Hew 10:12 and this man (Jesus,) after he had offered one sacrifice for sin forever sat down on the right hand of God. My friends there can be no greater favor than this, like the one who shed his blood and body for you. And put you in the kingdom, and now you are sealed, you are vacuum packed in, you are made right, and you are put right by the shed blood of Jesus.
However if you are not born again, not in the kingdom of God you need to jump in now he will cleanse you, sanctified you, zip lock you in, make you perfect. I know you are thinking, make my messed up life perfect, I know the closest most of you ever got to being perfect is when you were filling out a job application.

Prepare Yourself for Battle

Loved one, please understand Satan will always try to rob you by trying to keep a wedge between you and your heavenly Father. Make sure you defend your life in and through Christ Jesus.
James 4:7 says, “Submit yourself therefore to God, resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
One reason I wanted to bring this message to you on the work of the enemy is the following story in Luke 13. This poor woman never had a physical problem, as far as we know she may have never been sick a day in her life, but she did carry a sack of lies around for eighteen years. In the church of the day,( the synagogue) And she was a precious daughter of Abraham.
Luke13:11-16 “And, behold, there was a woman who had a spirit of infirmity eighteen years, and was bowed together, and could in no wise lift up herself.”
“And when Jesus saw her, he called her to Himself, and said unto her, Woman, thou art loosed from your infirmity.”
“And He laid His hands on her: and immediately she was made straight, and glorified God.”
“And the ruler of the synagogue answered with indignation, because that Jesus had healed on the Sabbath day. Jesus said,” and ought not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham, whom Satan hath bound, lo, these eighteen years, be loosed from this bond on the Sabbath day?” (a demon spirit had bound her).
I have experienced false pain from a demon. The devil can hit your body. Look what he did to the daughter of Abraham. If you are a Christian, beware of everything that happens to you that is not good.
Talk about being robbed, talk about being in bondage, just look at this eighteen-year lie and the demise of this dear woman’s life.
The Lord Jesus said you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. Let me ask you something, my friend, how old are your lies? How many years have you been caring the “heavy sack” around? If you belong to Jesus, take off the gloves, step out of the ring, and put down the sack. You are already a winner! Are you struggling with depression, oppression, or low self-esteem? Submit yourself to the Lord Jesus and His healing power.
Mark 9:20-21 ”And they brought him (a demon possessed boy) unto Jesus: and when He saw him, straightway the spirit tares(convulsed) him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming. And Jesus asked his father, how long is it ago since this came unto him? And he said, of a child.” Did you get that? Pray for your children. I can’t possibly find one word that says the devil changes or slows down until the end when Jesus has bound him for a thousand years.
Luke 8:24-25 “And straightway the father of the child cried out, and said, with tears, Lord, I believe, help thou my unbelief.”
When Jesus saw that the people came running together, he rebuked the foul spirit, saying unto him, Thou dumb and deaf spirit, I charge thee, come out of him, and enter no more into him.” This poor deaf, and dumb boy wasn’t sick. He wasn’t deaf and he wasn’t dumb, A lie had bound him. He was set free with the words of our Master,Jesus.
Remember the Bible says to submit yourself to God and resist the devil and he will flee from you.(resist means to defend yourself)
Matt8:28-29 “And when He came to the other side into the country of the Gergesenes, there met Him two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs, exceeding fierce so that no man might pass by that way.”
And, behold, they cried out, saying, “what have we to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of God? Art thou come hither to torment us before the time”? Demons Know their future is a lake of fire. Satan has been defeated and he knows it, but he also knows that you don’t know it. Wake him up today, will you? We,the Christians, have all authority now. He has tried me beyond measure, but I have stood on the Word of God.You can beat him every time if you are a child of God. it is always the truth against a lie.
1Pet5:8 Peter said, “Be sober, be vigilant, because your adversary the devil walks about as a roaring lion, seeking, whom he may devour.” Please have your ears, eyes, and heart open, please!
The Apostle Paul had very good understanding of the work of Satan. When Jesus called Paul on the Damascus road, he told him to turn men from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God.
1Thess2:18 “Therefore we would have come unto you even I, Paul, time and again but Satan hindered us.” Make no mistake about it,he will try to hinder you like he did the Apostle Paul.
Paul said to the Thessalonians, I need to know your faith, lest by some means the tempter might have tempted you, and our labor is in vain. Be as watchful as Paul.
Luke10:19 “ Behold, I give unto you the power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you”. Use this power God has given to you.
Eph 6:10-17 ”Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might.”
“ For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
“Therefore, take unto you the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand, Stand therefore having your loins girded about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness. And your feet shod with the preparation of the Gospel of peace.”
“Above all, take the shield of faith,(your shield is made up of your faith) wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked, and take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God.”
If, my friend,we didn’t have to fight the battle we would not need the armor.

God said to Moses, “When I see the blood, I will pass over you.” My friend, I ask you, will God see the blood of the Lamb, Christ Jesus over your life when he looks at you? And are your sins in the body of the lamb? Christ Jesus is the only entrance into the new kingdom. You must be born again John 3:3
Heb10:16 ”This is the covenant that I will make with them, I will put my law in their hearts and in their minds.” He said I will remember their sins no more.
Mark4:30 Jesus said, ”Wherefore shall we liken the kingdom of God, or with what comparison shall we compare it”? The fact that Jesus needed to compare it to something says that they have never seen, or heard, nor experience this New Kingdom before, Do you know and understand it?
Look my friend; I want you to understand what you have here. The day that you came into God’s kingdom, by walking away from the sins of this world, you inherited eternal life. Now it is just a matter of walking it out, and knowing your rights with God as a Christian, a kingdom citizen.
You are now of the God kind. Being a child of the king is a big deal, a big thing.
Mk4:32 ”The kingdom, It is like a grain of mustard seed; it is less than all seeds that are on the earth, (no one sees it but you), but when it is sown, (when you get the word in your heart, and it fits right in your heart;) it grows and becomes greater than all herbs and shoots out great branches; so that the fowls of the air may lodge under it.” It will cover you, and make a place for you. The Kingdom that is in your heart will produce, and provide for and watch over you.
Mk.4:36 ”So is the kingdom of God as if a man would cast seed into the ground.” The seed is the word; so the Kingdom is made of the word of God. We don’t know how it all works. Jesus said,” my word is spirit and it is life.” So it is a spiritual Kingdom held together by the words of our Master that are hidden in our hearts. My friend are you sure that the kingdom is in you? Faith is the substance for it, and the Bible is our written constitution.
Matt 13:19 ”Jesus said when anyone hears the wordsof the Kingdom and understands it not; then comes the devil and steals it right out of his heart.” Learn God’s word my friend. Beware of the thief, and guard your heart.
Lu12:32 ”It is the Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.”
All you have to do is ask. The thief on the cross asked the Lord to remember him when He came into His kingdom. “Jesus said, today you will be with me in paradise”. The day you make the change, paradise awaits you.
John 3:3 Jesus said, ”You must be born again.” You can’t take your sin into the kingdom of God. Ask- “Dear Jesus, forgive my sins and please save me.”
1stCor 15:50 ”Flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God.”
(Col1:13) Our Dear Lord Jesus, by beating Satan delivered us from the power of darkness and hath translated us into His kingdom. Have you been translated? Are you there yet?
(Col 2:14) Jesus blotted out the handwriting of ordinances against us! That is big! Your old, ugly, sinful life has been blotted out. Praise the Lord!!
Matt25: 34 “Then shall the King say unto them on my right hand, Come you blessed of my Father inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.” Are you and your family ok?
Then shall he say also unto them on his left hand, “Depart from me ye cursed into everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angel”. What side are you standing on? Sir, Mama how is your family? How is your life? It’s your call.
When we surrender our soul and body to our spirit, we allow the Holy Spirit within us to rule over our soul and body. This is called new kingdom living.
We are being called to walk the straight and narrow way, the road less traveled, or perhaps better known as the highway of holiness. Or the Highway to heaven.

I find that we are far too familiar with the God that we know very little about. We know about Him, but do we know Him? When He was about the age of thirty, Luke said this about Him:
Luke 3:22 “And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon Jesus, and a voice came from heaven, which said, You are my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased”.
Acts10:38, Peter said, ”How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with Him.”
When Jesus came up out of the Jordan He was filled with the Holy Spirit for the first time. It is also the first recorded time the Father called Him, “My Son”. When He was twelve years old and was found in the temple discussing with the elders, He made the statement, ”I must be about my Father’s business”. I can assure you this, His mother never missed a chance to tell Him who He was, and who He would be, but Jesus was not filled with the Holy Spirit at that time.
Up until now, He was The Child born, The Son of Mary, who is the Son of man. When you hear Him called, “the son of man”, that is, The Child born, The Son of Mary.
Rom8:3 “God sending His own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh”. Jesus was made like you.
Isaiah 9:6 ”For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given.” You will need to understand this to know Him better. To know him in his fullness, to love and appreciate Him more.
Luke 4:1 ”And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from the Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tested.”
Luke 4:2 ”Being forty days tempted of the devil. And in those days he did eat nothing: and when they were ended, he afterward hungered”.
This is Father God’s precious Son with all of the Father’s power, which is the Holy Spirit, in and upon Him. The perfect Spirit of God which was in Adam is back on the earth. Father God Himself is here in human form. His name is Jesus.
2Cor5:19- the apostle Paul said, “That God was in Christ reconciling the world unto Himself.”
This should be a movie. This should be a book. Jesus was led into the wilderness by the Holy Spirit, the spirit of the Father, to be tried, and tested by the devil for forty days and forty nights. It was as though He was thrown in the ring with Satan, and with the wild beast! This is a very tense time. I believe this is the greatest battle in the history of the world. Man against the devil for forty days and nights. Good against evil. What makes the story so unique is that Father God had already sent one son, Adam, whom He fashioned and formed, and breathed His own breath into him. The devil beat Adam, in what seems to be one try. Jesus is called the second Adam; now Father God is starting over.
It has been 5,000 years since God had a man on the earth to confront the devil. Since the fall of Adam, until now, there is not one recorded fight in the Bible between the devil and man. When the devil dealt with Job it was by permission from God. Job never put up a fight because he thought it was God dealing with him.
Jesus came out of the wilderness after forty days of temptation by the devil. The devil promised Him the worlds, but Jesus beat him as a man with these words, “It is written.”
1John3:8 “for this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil”.
Jesus is the only man in the history of the world, not fathered by the sinful bloodline of Adam.He has stood the test. He never sinned! He has a perfect, sinless body, and a perfect, sinless blood.
Gen.5:1 “And Adam lived a hundred and thirty years, and begat a son in his own likeness and after his image”. All men upon the earth came out of this sinful bloodline; which is the image of Adam. Actually, that is the reason for the whole “born again” mandate. Only the body of Jesus could be the perfect Lamb of God that could take away the sin of man. He did this on the cross.
If you, my friend die still having the bloodline of Adam, and you failed to get born again, you will go to a burning hell. There is no sinners in heaven. The born again people go to heaven. The old bloodline people go to hell. Every man’s spirit lives for eternity, either in heaven with Jesus or in eternal punishment.
John 3:7 Jesus said, ”Marvel not that I said unto you, you must be born again.”
John1:29 says “Behold the Lamb of God which takes away the sins of the world.”
2Cor5:21 ”For He hath made Jesus be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.”
2Cor5:17 ”Therefore if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things become new”. The blood of Jesus makes you new and white as snow.
John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” So talk to Him today, will you?

What would Jesus say to us today?
The Lord Jesus is saying the same thing He has always said. His word abides forever; be of good cheer I have overcome the world! You say, Bob Is it possible to be of good cheer today in this broken down, beat up world that seems to be upside down? Yes, you can, if you will learn to trust and hold on to the One who has already overcome it all.
Matt28:18 .Jesus then said, “All power in heaven and earth has been given unto me.” So let’s lock onto Him today.
I want to share with you an old high court decision. If you think things look hopeless today in our world just listen to this:
The Lord Jesus was tried by the highest court in the land as a common criminal. I read in the scriptures today how He was spit upon, beaten, mocked, and then hung on a bloody tree. It can’t get any worse than that. I feel sure all of the apostles’ hopes and dreams of ever becoming a part of a great kingdom came crashing down.
Jesus no longer looked like a man with a kingdom, or a man who could bring in a kingdom. In fact, He looked quite small when surrounded by soldiers who mocked, beat, and spit upon Him. I can almost hear Peter saying, when he denied Jesus, “I don’t know the man”. Peter and the other disciples had just come through the greatest experience one could ever imagine, that of spending three and one half years with the Master. They experienced a time no one on the earth will ever experience, but them Peter even paid his and the Lord’s taxes with coins from the mouth of a fish. That’s big!
Matt 17:27 Jesus said to Peter “notwithstanding, lest we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast an hook, and take up the fish that first cometh up, and when thou hast opened his mouth, thou shall find a piece of money take, and give unto them for Me and thee.” You would think that Peter would have been locked in forever after that, but he still denied Jesus. My friend, you can’t take the stand or walk the walk based on other peoples’ strength. You can’t stand on what other people say; not even a preacher’s. Notice, Jesus gave direction to Peter about the fish, but it was not enough to keep Peter from denying Him. You must have the Spirit in you, and you must develop your faith out of the Spirit and the word. Jesus said, my word is Spirit and it is life.
Peter was caught up in a vision along with James and John. They saw Jesus in His future glorious state. They saw Moses and Elijah and heard the Father Himself say, “This is my beloved son in whom I am well pleased. Hear ye Him.” After all of this and even after hearing the Father’s voice, it was not enough for Peter until the Spirit was in him.
- It was a time of watching water turned into wine.
- A time of watching the blind see and the deaf hear.
- A time of seeing the dead raised to life.
- A time of watching the lame walk.
- A time of watching a multitude being fed with five loafs and two fishes.
Then came the crucifixion. Everything came crushing down in one day! I think these men must have felt like rats in a sinking ship. They went fishing. I guess they wanted to get back to business as usual, after all when it’s over, it’s over. They needed to do a lot of thinking. I don’t think any of us can imagine what these men were going through.
Three days later, when our Master rose from the dead, would be the GREATEST DAY IN ALL HISTORY. The day that Jesus said, be of good cheer I have overcome the world; should be held as the greatest day on earth for all mankind. (John16:33)
The Kingdom of God had come. We now have a two party system: the Kingdom of this world (Satan’s), and the Kingdom of our God.
- Things changed from the darkness of days, to great light
- The power of sin and death was broken
- All power in heaven and earth was giving unto our King, but just look at the price He paid for it.
1 Peter 2:24 Peter said ”Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed.” Be very sure that sin is dead in your life, and that your righteousness shines forth.
1 Peter 3:18 ”For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God being put to death in the flesh,(killed)but quickened by the Spirit”. I hope you are not suffering because of sin, because that would make you “un smart,” or quite dumb.
2Cor5:21 ”For He hath made Him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.” That should tell you how much God values you. I think that makes you righteous, and priceless. This should give you good understanding of the love God has for you.
Rom 1:8” there is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.” Be sure you feel this way. Know who God says you are; following the leading of the Holy Spirit and walk away from the things of the flesh.
My friend, He has made you right. He has put you right .You are a son or a daughter now. You are now justified meaning,” just as if I’d never sinned.”
Jesus spoke much about the kingdoms of this world and the Kingdom of God. We now have to make a choice. The kingdom of this world is ruled by Satan. He is walking around masquerading as an angel of light seeking to draw you in.
2Cor11:14 Paul said, ” nd no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.”
They are now two roads to travel on; the devils hwy, or the hwy that leads to the straight gate, and that takes you to heaven
Matt 7:21-22 ”Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in there”. Oh! My friend remembers the road that takes you to the wide gate is paved with lies, and will lead you straight to Hell.
Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads unto life, and few there be that find it. Make sure you take the hwy to heaven.
John3:3 ”You must be born again.” Live it, and walk toward that narrow Road.
Are You Righteous

Are you a righteous person? You can, and should be.
Righteousness means having the ability to stand in the presence of Father God without the sense of guilt or inferiority.
I ask you, ”Are you there yet? Can you do that?” I hope so, because
1st Cor 6:9 says, “Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God” Don’t be deceived.
A righteous man is one that is living his life through the Son of God, and has walked out of his old life style in the old world into the new kingdom of God. He has changed worlds. My friend you get in the new kingdom by being washed in the blood of the lamb, Christ Jesus. He alone is righteous and the maker of our righteousness.
If you are a Christian, living a life of unrighteousness, or one of weakness and defeat, it is because you don’t know who you are in Christ Jesus, or what he has done for you.
The desire to get rid of sin consciousness has given birth to all the religion of the world, but God is. Satan is and sin still is, but our God has made provision to make a new you. He has planned to impart His own nature to you, taking out the old sin nature and replacing it with his own nature. This should destroy your sin consciousness.
The sense of unworthiness destroys faith and robs us of our peace of mind. Only Jesus can replace unworthiness. Are you washed in the blood? Have you tasted his wonderful love? My friend love is our sin cover.
In the garden, Adam had perfect fellowship with God before he was deceived by the devil. Now that lost righteousness has been restored to us, the believer, through the washing of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. He broke its power.
Heb 9:26 “Now once at the end of the age has He been manifested to put away sin by the sacrifice of Himself.” Have you thrown yours in the lot?
Never again should you shrink under that sin teaching, and look upon yourself as a failure and sin- ruled. Why not? Because the Father Himself planned the redemption and brought it about through His precious Son, Christ Jesus, and set His seal upon the redemptive work of Jesus; making the believer in Jesus righteous. The righteousness of Christ Jesus is to and for all men that will believe.
1Pet 3:18 18” For Christ has once also suffered for sins, the just for the unjust;( or the righteous for the unrighteous ) that he might bring us to God, being put to death (killed) in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit” He covered you. He make you, the new you.
1Pet 2:2424 Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, (can you see your sins in his body hanging on a bloody tree), and if so it is time to walk away from them. That we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed”. Look, if your sin is not there, hell will be your home! Listen my friend repent today.
Peter said, ”Forasmuch then as Christ hath suffered for us in the flesh, arm yourself likewise with the same mind as his”
2 ”That you no longer should live the rest of your time in the flesh to the lusts of men, but to the will of God”.
1Pet5:8 be sober, ”Be vigilant; because your adversary, the devil, as a roaring lion, walks about, seeking whom he may devour”. That would be you, and that would be true. The devil hates righteousness. He wants to keep you living on Wrong Street.
1Pet 5:10 ”But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, establish, strengthen, settle you, as righteous”
The big question is how do I get there?
First of all, how well do you really know Jesus, and how big is your investment in trying to learn?
John 8:19 Then said they (that would be the Priest and the wise.)Unto Him ,where is thy Father? Jesus answered, ye neither know me, nor my Father: if ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also”. They were self righteous.
- Let’s consider the work of the Holy Ghost. Watch his work ,and he will work with you.
Matt1:18-23 18 ”Now the birth of Jesus Christ was on this wise: When as his mother Mary was espoused to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Ghost
20 But while he, Joseph, thought on these things, behold, the angel of the Lord appeared unto him in a dream saying, Joseph, thou son of David, fear not to take unto thee Mary thy wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Ghost”.
2The angel said, 3 ”Behold, a virgin shall be with child, and shall bring forth a son, and they shall call his name Emmanuel, which being interpreted is, God with us,( by the Holy Ghost.” my comment)
How well do you know the Holy Ghost? That’s how you know Jesus. Have you received the fullness of the Holy Spirit yet?
That same Holy Spirit that followed Jesus is now following you. He will keep you on the path of righteousness. The Father sent Him in Jesus’ name. Work with Him.
John 15: 1Jesus said ”I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abides in Me, and I in him, the same brings forth much fruit; for without Me ye can do nothing”.
You my friend, you are the branch. He can’t flow without you, the branch, to flow through; and you have nothing to flow with, without his Holy Spirit flowing through you.
My friend it is called, “dying to live, or walking out of your mess.”
Gal2:20 Paul said ”I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ lived in me: and the life which I now live in this flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me”. Paul is saying I don’t live on Sin Street anymore now that I have learned to trust Him, the Faithful One.
2Cor 517 ”Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold all things are become new.” You can’t keep being the same old, same old.
- You are a brand new self, just as if you had never lived before; just as if you had never sinned. Are you in Christ and have you received this “self change”?
Rom1:8 Paul said,” There is therefore now, no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit”. You have been put right, made righteousness. ( Notice the words to them in him)
