Mr. Willie Lee Sweeney, age 71, of Copperhill, TN passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2014 in the Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN.Mr. Sweeney was born in Kentucky to the late John and Luma Sweeney and was retired from the Tropicana Juice Company.
He is survived by daughters, Willa and husband Phil Woodby of Copperhill, TN, Cathy Davis and Joanna Baker, both of Bradenton, FL; brother, Paul Sweeney of Mansfield, Ohio; ten grandchildren, Craig Osborne, Christopher Osborne, Lori Woodby, Kevin Woodby, Rochelle Woodby, Brittany Baker, Jessica Baker, Heather Kemper, Amy Davis and Sammy Baker; and twelve great grandchildren also survive.
A graveside service will be conducted Saturday, July 19th at 11:00 a.m. from the Mt. Carmel cemetery. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Condolences to the family may be sent to www.akinsfuneralhome.com. Akins Funeral Home of Copperhill in charge of the arrangements.
