Fannin County Middle School 8^th grade teams have announced Students of the Month for September. Students are chosen by their academic teachers for this distinction. Qualifications for this honor include outstanding citizenship, good attendance, respectfulness toward faculty and peers, and a good academic standing.

Students chosen for September are: Devin Hogsed, daughter of Jason & Victoria Turner of Blue Ridge; Tyler Ensley, son of Rodney & Pam Ensley of Epworth; Maddie Buchanan, daughter of Jacob & Tiffany Buchanan of McCaysville and Russell & Jennifer Jones of Mineral Bluff; and James Kyle, son of Tim and Mary Kyle of Blue Ridge.
