Ethel Rubin
September 3, 1933 – January 20, 2019
Ethel Rubin, age 85, formerly of Naples, Florida and more recently a resident of Blue Ridge Georgia, passed peacefully and deeply loved on January 20, 2019. Born in Indianapolis, Indiana she later called Naples, Florida home for many years. During that time she was employed as a seamstress at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she enjoyed some long-lasting friendships. Ethel touched countless lives with kindness, understanding, and love. She was the true embodiment of dignity and will be missed by all who were fortunate enough to call her family or friend. The mountains called her and she relocated to Blue Ridge to be closer to family several years back. She is predeceased by her son Jeff Rubin. She is survived by daughter Shari Rubin of Fillmore, Indiana, son Greg and Shari Rubin of Blue Ridge. GA, son Brent and Cindy Rubin of Berryville, Virginia and five grandchildren Quinton, Kayleigh, Cody, Emily, and Ethan. Private services to be held in Indianapolis.
