Fannin County Middle School 8^th grade teams have announced Students of the Month for February. Students are chosen by their academic teachers for this distinction. Qualifications for this honor include outstanding citizenship, good attendance, respectfulness toward faculty and peers, and a good academic standing.

Students chosen for February are: Emily Turner, daughter of Eric & Buffy Turner of Morganton; Noah Hess, son of Patrick & Christina Thomas of Blue Ridge; Aaliyah Green, daughter of Crystal Patterson of Mineral Bluff; and Scott Pulliam, son of Douglas Pulliam of McCaysville.
