October 10 was the ribbon cutting for 6 Ponds Farm. 6 Ponds Farm offers vacation rentals homes. Spec Facility Open House
Hosted by: Fannin County Development Authority
Friday, October 27th 10:00 am – 2:00 pm

You are invited to an Open House at the newly constructed commercial/industrial facility hosted by the Fannin County Development Authority. The Open House is an opportunity for the community to see the facility up close and learn more about the process and partners involved. The facility is available for lease to a business and an ideal candidate will create quality jobs in Fannin County. This could be an existing business that is expanding or a business looking to relocate. Please take a few minutes to drop by.

Location and Directions:
From Blue Ridge – Take Highway 5/Blue Ridge Dr. north approximately 8 miles and turn right at Kyle Rd. The entrance will be the first left after turning on Kyle Rd. If you pass Tri-State EMC on the left, you have gone too far.

From McCaysville – Take Highway 5/Blue Ridge Dr. south approximately 2.5 miles and turn left at Kyle Rd. You will pass Tri-State EMC on the right and the turn will be past the historic yellow house on the left. The entrance will be the first left after turning on Kyle Rd.
