On Saturday, August 13 at 11:00AM, the stitching club meets (every second Saturday) AND Kathy Williams will be here talking about her book, Dear Dad.

On Thursday, August 18 at 5:00PM, Laurie Hicks of Georgia Mountains Health will speak about Depression and Anxiety as we age.
On Friday, August 26, at 8:30PM we’ll be in the park watching Star Wars:  The Force Awakens (PG-13)! Notice that this starts a little bit earlier than the summer Flicks in the Sticks series as it will be getting dark earlier.

On Wednesday, August 31 at 10:30AM is the monthly Library Book Club meeting (the last Wednesday of the month). This month we are discussing “A Bird on Water Street” by Elizabeth Dulemba.

On Friday, September 9, from 10:00AM to 2:00PM, Jack Kyle of Woodstock Bindery will be back in the library to look at your old books and bibles and give you a recommendation and quote for restoring them.
