Local Girl Scouts Annual World Thinking Day Held

Girl Scouts from the local Ocoee/Toccoa Service Unit held their annual World Thinking Day Event on February 19. The girls participated in activities and projects with global themes to honor their sister Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in other countries. World Thinking Day is a special day in the Girl Scout year when the girls remember we are part of a worldwide movement. Currently world-wide there is over 2.3 million girl members and nearly one million volunteers. If your daughter is interested in joining a local girl scout troop, please contact Theresa at 706-633-9995.
