Publisher V. Stubblefield: Judge Rules in Audio/Transcript Match

News

Senior Superior Court Judge Martha Christian has issued her ruling in the case, Fannin Focus, LLC. Vs. Rhonda Stubblefield, concerning the audio matching the transcript.

The freshly filed ruling has Judge Christian reference innuendos, gossip, poor perception, and biased statements by interested parties, among other items, as insufficient to be considered evidence. The copy of the Judge Ruling, below, is mostly a guide to the timeline and details of the case. It is on the 3rd, and final, page in the conclusion that Judge Christian delivers her ruling and final decision upon this case as she DENIES the Petitioner’s Complaint, once again citing Rule 21.

Stay with FYN as this case continues when we discover the full ramifications of the decision with the remaining litigation including a Motion for Attorney Fees and the Respondant’s Counterclaim for defamation.
