Frankie Louise Glazner, age 81 of McCaysville, passed away on Saturday, September 19, 2015 at home. She was born on Thursday, February 1, 1934 in Fannin County to the late Earl and Erma Pope Gilliam. Mrs. Glazner had worked for Orbit Garment Manufacturing as a press operator. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church in Blairsville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny William Glazner.
Survivors are sons, Johnny William Glazner (Deborah) of McCaysville, GA and Timothy Richard Glazner of Lansing, NC; six grandchildren, Ireland, Elijah, Nathaniel, Aaron, Joshua, Matt and T.R. Glazner II; three great grandchildren also survive.
Graveside services will be conducted on Monday, September 21, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. from the Kingtown Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Johnny, Tim, Matt and Dillon Glazner, Derek Cook and Rick Guise. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A celebration of life for Mrs. Glazner will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at 46 East Tennessee Avenue, McCaysville, GA 30555.
