“And the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Philippians 4:7.
When we have made peace with God, we can have the peace of God – according to the scriptures. For this truth we praise you, O God, our Deliverer. This peace stands like a guard to protect our hearts and minds.
We pray today for those who are troubled in their minds and are searching for this peace. The mind has power to make us believe that unreal things are real and cause us to focus on phantoms that disturb the soul.
Like as Jesus said to the storm, “hush!” He can cause the storms of our lives to cease and give us peace. Praise be to his name!
Amen
