Mrs. Annie Lyndell Jones: Obituary

The Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces funeral services for Mrs. Annie Lyndell Jones, age 86, of Hiawassee, who passed away Sunday, June 28, 2015 at Friendship Health and Rehab in Cleveland, Georgia.Mrs. Jones was born in Swainsboro, Georgia, on November 25, 1928, a daughter of the late B.G. Moxley and the late Frankie Mae Covenah Moxley. She was a homemaker and a dedicated Christian. She had been preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Rev. Ray Jones; and two sons, Larry Ray Jones and George Randy Jones.

Mrs. Jones leaves behind a wonderful legacy and treasured memories to her family members: daughter and son-in-law, Judith Jones Deen and Dr. Floyd Deen, Jr.; daughter-in-law, Sheila M. Jones; son and daughter-in-law, Stephen A. Jones and Laura M. Jones; grandchildren: Dr. Jason Deen and wife, Karla; Candace Deen Stevens and husband, Matt; Julie Deen Schneider and husband, Justin; Brandon Jones and wife, Sarah; Lauren Jones Helton and husband, Joe; Allie Jones; and Aaron Jones; fifteen great grandchildren;

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 2, 2015 in Swainsboro, with Rev. Mark Grimes officiating.
