Tom Jervis, 84, passed away in his home on Saturday, August 16th 2014. He was in the arms of his family. Tom was born on July 14, 1930 in Newark, NJ. He moved his family to Blue Ridge, GA after retiring as a Sergeant from the city of Miami police department serving 22 years. Tom was a gifted wood worker and shared his craft with many for years.
He is survived by his children; daughter, Mindy Jervis Gardner, son, Thomas Mark Jervis, son, Scott Thomas Jervis, and son, William Michael Jervis. He was dearly loved and will be missed by all who knew him.
The family will be receiving friends on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home from 5-8 pm.
