Amicalola EMC now accepting applications for scholarships. Three high school juniors in the Amicalola EMC service area will be awarded a week long all expense paid trip to Washington, D.C. and a $1,000 scholarship. Up to 15 runners-up will also receive scholarships of varying amounts.
High school seniors may enter the scholarship program, earning up to $1000 for college.
All students must live in a household whose electricity is provided by Amicalola EMC. Applications may be found at www.amicalolaemc.com, any local Amicalola EMC office or the high school counselor’s office.
