Kathleen Setser announces first to FYN that she qualifies and will run for Post 2 Council Seat for the city of Blue Ridge. This is the seat that is currently held by Rhonda Thomas. Sources tell FYN that Thomas will seek re-election for her chair. This will be an interesting campaign considering the two were at odds over the Swan Drive-In lease.
