COMMUNITY THANKSGIVING OPEN TABLE

All are welcome to share a traditional holiday meal on Thanksgiving Day at the Fannin County High School. No reservations are required. Dinner is served from twelve noon to three thirty pm with dinner music from twelve to four pm. Come enjoy or perhaps share your talents during the Thanksgiving Music Medley “Open Mic”. Children’s craft activities allow parents and grandparents time to relax after dinner and socialize with old, or make new, friends.

There is no charge to share Community Thanksgiving dinner. Although donations are welcome, they are not required. Especially invited guests include singles, elderly, homeless, on-duty public safety folks, widows and widowers, local agency referrals, travelers and area visitors as well as the caring volunteers helping prepare and serve the holiday meal.

Community Thanksgiving Open Table is sponsored by the Good Samaritans of Fannin County, an interdenominational association of area churches that raises benevolent funds to “Help us to help others, in His name”. For more information, to volunteer or to donate, call 706.374.5949 or 706.455.3818, email LDBBQ@bellsouth.net or send to Good Samaritans, Box 1865, Blue Ridge, Georgia 30513.
