Kenneth Bowers : Obituary

Mr. Kenneth Elin Bowers, age 65 of Blue Ridge, passed away November 13, 2012 at Fannin Regional. Mr. Bowers was born February 13, 1947 in Blue Ridge, GA to William Thomas Bowers and Della Warren Bowers. He was preceded in death by his father, William Bowers, son, Kenneth Bowers, Jr. and daughter Margaret Bowers. Kenneth was an accomplished artist with oil and acrylics. He also loved to work, operating a construction company.

Kenneth is lovingly survived by his wife, Donna Bowers, son, Chad (Hollis) Bowers, daughter, Rhonda Bowers, daughter, Kim (Keith) Hyatt, mother, Della Bowers, brother, Junior Bowers, sister, Anndeleen Henson, brother, Jerry Bowers. Grandchildren, Austin Bowers, Jared Bowers, Lily Bowers, Garrett Bowers, Kaillee Cantrell, Kristen Cantrell and Kira Hyatt. One great-grandson, Zach Hyatt. Special Family Members, Justin and Renee Bramlett, Katelyn, Karly and Conner.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 17, 2012 at 11:00am in the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Roger Beck, Minister Bill Johnston and Minister Keith Ritchie officiating. Internment will follow in the McCaysville Church of Christ Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Jeremy Maney, Steve Hall, Keith Hyatt, Jared Bowers, Austin Bowers, Justin Bramlett, Marshall Williams and Chris Graham.

The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home this Friday evening from 6-9pm.
