Laura Cora Bisenius, age 94 of Hiawassee, passed away Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Copper Basin Medical Center in Ducktown, TN. Mrs. Bisenius was born July 15, 1918 in Edmeston, NY to Earl and Mabel Moore. She was preceded in death by husband, Ralph Bisenius and son, Ralph Bisenius Jr.

Mrs. Bisenius was the director of the Towns County Humane Society for many years.

Survivors include: son, Mark Carl (Josie) Bisenius of Andover, MN, son, Brian Bisenius of Hiawassee, GA, daughter-in-law, Nancy Bisenius, granddaughter, Sara Bisenius, grandson, David Bisenius, grandson, Bryan (Angela) Bisenius, grandson, Ralph (Lisa) Bisenius III, other grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive..
