Verna Mae Ward : Obituary

Mrs. Verna Mae Ward, age 76, of Blue Ridge, GA formerly of Ellenwood, GA passed away June 25, 2012.Born in Heflin, AL she was the daughter of the late Orion and Eula Mae Chastain Camp. Mrs. Ward was retired from Carolina Freight Carriers after many years of service. She was also a member of the Local Teamsters #728 in Atlanta, GA and the Order of Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband, Clyde Ward; son, Clyde M. Ward, Jr. (Paula) of Ellenwood, GA; two daughters, Pat (Ike) Smith of Sugar Hill, GA and Lynn (Gary) Croteau of Prince Fredrick, MD; brothers, Travis, Troy and Leroy Camp; sisters, Barbara Hawk and Linda McEachern; four grandchildren, Jeremy Alley, Jeffrey and Kevin Smith and Robert Ward.

Mrs. Ward was cremated and a memorial service is planned for a later date.
