Willard Brown : Obituary

The Akins Funeral of Blue Ridge announces the death of Willard Brown, age 68, of Macon, GA who passed away on Saturday, March 19, 2010 in the Macon Coliseum Medical Centers in Macon, GA.He was born on November 28, 1947 in Blue Ridge, GA to the late Frank and Reathel Pulliam Brown. Willard was owner of Brown’s Tree Service for forty plus years. He enjoyed auto racing. Willard was preceded in death by an infant son, Willard Brown, Jr.; siblings, Jimmy Brown, Joe Brown, Tina Brown and Toby Brown.

Survivors include his wife of thirty-six years, Debbie Foskey Brown of Macon, GA; sons, Chris Brown of Arkansas and Michael Brown of Macon, GA; daughters, Renee Forbes of Stockbridge, GA and Michelle Lefvendahl of Kathleen, GA; siblings, Jerry Brown of Buford, GA, James Brown of Blue Ridge, GA, Helen Foster of Blue Ridge, GA and Carolyn White of Blue Ridge, GA; six grandchildren, Damion McCoy, Brittany Beach, Brooklyn Beach, Bailey Beach, Lana Brown and Caison Forbes also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, March 22, 2011 at 2:30 p.m. from the Akins Chapel with Rev. Gary Walker officiating. Interment will follow in Lebanon Baptist Church Cemetery.
