Fannin County Middle School 8^th grade teams have announced Students of the Month for February. Students are chosen by their academic teachers for this distinction. Qualifications for this honor include outstanding citizenship, good attendance, respectfulness toward faculty and peers, and a good academic standing.

Students chosen for February are: Teagan Cioffi (Team 8A), daughter of Shannon Cioffi of Mineral Bluff and Erik and Chrstina Cioffi of Mineral Bluff; Wyatt Standridge (Team 8A), son of Sonya Standridge of Copperhill; Erin Scully (Team 8B), daughter of Kimberley Scully of Epworth and Stephen Scully of Blue Ridge; Hernan Mares (Team 8B), son of Hernan and Laura Mares of Blue Ridge.
