    Due to widespread power outages and potential road hazards, all Fannin County School System meal deliveries along bus routes, as well as schools and  offices, are on a two-hour delay this morning. Meal pickups at the elementary schools are still scheduled for 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. today.
