Ella L. Souther Dyer, age 87 of Blairsville, passed away Friday, May 18, 2012. Funeral Services will be held 2 PM Monday, May 21, 2012 at Choestoe Baptist Church, Blairsville. Rev. Henry Loggins will officiate. Burial Choestoe Baptist Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Dyer was preceded in death by her husband Vaughan Dyer, son Stephen Dyer, 5 sisters and 2 brothers. She is survived by her Children: Evonne & Ron Dayhoff, Dawsonville; Carol & Tommy Bowers, Gainesville, Sheila Greene, Buford; Lynn & Tom Cook, Smyrna; Terry & Mae Dyer, Young Harris; Stanley & Lynette Dyer, Pam & Terry Simmons, Kent & Sandra Dyer, all of Blairsville; 16 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren; Several Nieces & Nephews.

Family will receive friends from 5-8 PM Sunday, May 20, 2012 at Cochran Funeral Home, 41 Hunt-Martin Street, Blairsville, GA 30512.
