FYN has received several reports that former CEO and Director of Gilmer County Bank – Appalachian Bancshares, Tracy Newton was found deceased Thursday afternoon in Gwinnett County.

FYN learned Thursday that Tracy Newton’s body had been found by authorities in Gwinnett County and it is suspected at this time to be a suicide. FYN has contacted Gwinnett County for more information and will update as soon as more information is available.
