The undefeated, Region 7 AA champion, Fannin County Rebels will face off against the 6-2 Pace Academy Knights this coming Saturday November 28th at 6 p.m. at Fannin County High School.

The GHSA announced earlier today that they were moving the 2a and 5a state playoff games from Friday to Saturday so that the best available referees would be able to work both days.

I would not be surprised if this is the precedent going forward. I would expect most 2a and 5a games to be played on Saturdays from here on out.

#TeamFYNsports will also be hosting a special edition of Rebel Wrap up tomorrow at 1130 at the Fannin County High School football field.
