Cochran Funeral Home of Hiawassee announces the death of Mr. Frederick M. Cooper, age 81, of Hayesville, North Carolina, who passed away Monday, December 23rd, 2019 at Brasstown Manor in Hiawassee.
Mr. Cooper was a veteran of the U.S. Army, and was a son of the late James Archie Cooper and the late Eva Pauline Barnhouse Cooper.
No services have been planned at this time.
