Helena Christina Kemp, age 43, of Hiram, passed away on Wednesday, July 10, 2019. She was born on May 21, 1976, in Blytheville, AR to the late James Donald and Adith Patterson Everett. She is also preceded in death by her son, Layton Kemp.

She is survived by her husband, Shawn Dale Kemp; children, Taylor Kemp, Ronnie Kemp, Haven Kemp, and Londeanna Kemp; and brother, Darryl Everett. Many other aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family also survive.

Funeral services will be conducted on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 3:00 PM from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Donnie Cantrell officiating. Interment will follow in the Liberty Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon prior to the service from 1:00 PM until the funeral hour of 3:00 PM.
