Fannin County, GA Knights of Columbus and La Pizzeria at Cucina Rustica have teamed up to sponsor the 4th annual “It’s a Pizza Knight” at La Pizzeria on March 12 from 5-8. A portion of the proceeds and all tips to your “Celebrity Knight” waiters go directly to the Special Olympics of Fannin County.
Michelle Moran, owner of La Pizzeria, says, “We are delighted to partner with the Knights of Columbus. The Special Olympics is such a worthwhile experience. It’s a privilege to be able to support such a worthy cause and to help galvanize the community to rally around these amazing athletes.”
Gini Bell of the Fannin County Special Olympics says, “Teaming with the Knights of Columbus and La Pizzeria has been a very powerful and fruitful partnership, and one we look forward to continuing.”
The 2019 Special Olympics Track and Field event will be held at the Fannin County HS Football stadium on Friday, April 12th at 9 AM.
