| Our forested, 6-acre Peachtree Habitat is home to 59 chimpanzees living in four housing units, or “villas,” around it’s perimeter. Thanks to generous donors who funded the refurbishment of these structures from their original days as gorilla houses, they have been named: - Cedar Tree Villa, made possible by Adrienne and Billie Joe Armstrong;
- Dorothy Jo & Tilly Villa, made possible by the DJ&T Foundation;
- Chimps Ahoy Villa, made possible by Kat Von D.
But Villa 4 has been nameless. Now, the fourth villa has also received funding by a long-time Project Chimps generous supporter, Sheridan Brown. She wants YOU to help select the name. Choose from one of four options below! Villa 4 is currently home to LB (pictured above), Babs, Sky, Almasi, Sarah, Harley, Noel, Amy and Loretta; as well as Alex, Kareem, Jermaine, Collin and Ronald. Our donor has narrowed down the list to the top four choices. Now you can help us by picking one from the list below. Vote by March 2nd and we’ll reveal the new name soon after! |
