PRIMARY RUN-OFF ELECTION IS JULY 24; EARLY VOTING STARTS JULY 2 Two local primary run-offs will appear on the Republican primary ballot on July 24. Incumbent Larry Joe Sosebee faces Glenn Patterson for Fannin County Commissioner. Steve Stanley will run against Mike Cole in the school board race. Other races in the Republican primary run-off include Casey Cagle vs Brian Kemp for Governor; Geoff Duncan vs David Shafer for Lieutenant Governor; and David Belle Isle vs Brad Raffensperger for Secretary of State. The Democratic Party run-off includes Sid Chapman vs Otha E.
