Mrs. Donna Morris, age 78, of Hampton, GA passed away Monday, June 11, 2018 at her home. Mrs. Morris was born on August 16, 1939 in Erie, PA to the late Raymond and Helen Oberlander Moore. She worked and retired as a registered nurse and attended Liberty Baptist Church in Riverdale, GA.
She is survived by her husband of 24 years, James Morris; sons, Michael (Christie) Morris of Hampton, GA and Ralph (Acasia) Scheibner of Hampton, GA; brothers, Jimmy (Rita) Moore of Indianapolis, IN and Dana Moore of Erie, PA; a sister, Debbie Blanton of Hampton, GA; and three grandchildren, Drew Morris, Chad Morris, and Ralph Scheibner.
Funeral Services will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of Akins Funeral Home with Dr. Randy Wood officiating. Music will be provided by Rev. Steve Martin. Interment will follow in the Hemptown Cemetery with the following gentlemen serving as pallbearers: Michael Morris, Chad Morris, Drew Morris, Rex Niblet, Raymond Morris, and Terry Hilton.
