Missing person alert issued for Fannin

BLUE RIDGE, Ga. – From the Fannin County Emergency Management Agency: Helen Foster last seen in the area of Hwy 5 and Abernathys about 30 mins ago, wearing blue jeans and a flowery shirt she is 5 ft about 100 lbs reddish hair, if seen or any contact is made with her please call 911 or contact the police.

Graduated from Bradley Central High School in 1996 and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, eventually earning a B.A. and M.A. in English.
