Shelita Ann Bice, age 63, of Ducktown, passed away on Monday, April 16, 2018 at the Life Care Center of Copper Basin. Mrs. Bice was born on April 19, 1954 in Copperhill, TN to the late Lewis and Amanda Petty Greer. She had worked as a CNA for the Life Care Center of Copper Basin and other regional nursing homes. She was a member of the McCaysville Church of God.

She is survived by her brothers, Jerry (Edna) Greer of Tifton, GA and Buren (Robin) Greer of Dalton, GA; and a sister, Jessie Lou Newman.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 4:00 pm from the McCaysville Church of God Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Greer and Rev. Olin Greer officiating. Friends may visit the family on Wednesday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Nephews of Mrs. Bice will serve as pallbearers. Condolences may be sent to the family online at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
