Robyn Elaine Harris Posey: Obituary

Robyn Elaine Harris Posey, age 53, of Blue Ridge, passed away on Monday, December 11, 2017 at her home. Born on August 17, 1964, in Colorado Springs, CO, she was the daughter of Jack and Lois Burk Harris. She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She was an animal lover. She is preceded in death by her father, Jack Harris.

She is survived by her mother, Lois Burk Harris of Blue Ridge; sisters, Jackie Renee Smith (Richard) of Ellijay and Rhonda Lynn Waters (Keith) of Ten Mile, TN; nephews, Zakkary (Shelby) Kelley of Hixson, TN and Brandon Conner of Soddy Daisy, TN; and great-nephews, Fisher Conner and Waylon Conner.

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Nathan Stuart and Rev. Randy Hooper will officiate. Interment will follow in the Mobile Baptist Church Cemetery. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Mark Panter, Don Callihan, Denton Petty, Keith Walker, Richard Smith, and Doyle Petty.
