Fannin Public Library will host Holiday events

BLUE RIDGE, Ga. – A number of upcoming Holiday events will be held at the Fannin County Public Library (FCPL) in the next few weeks, according to Branch Librarian Andrew Vickers.

On Thursday, Dec. 7, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., the Friends of the Library will be hosting an open house event at the library. Door prizes and refreshments will be followed by a Christmas puppet show from the Mountain Regional Puppet Company.

A Christmas Pajama Movie Night will take place Friday, Dec. 15, at 6 p.m. at the library. The featured showing will be the cartoon version of the classic Holiday film How the Grinch Stole Christmas.

The Hampstead Stage Company, in conjunction will FCPL, will be performing A Christmas Carol at the Blue Ridge First Baptist Youth Center Monday, Dec. 18, at 4 p.m.
