Mrs. Jennifer Postell Raper, age 51 of Morganton, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017, at Fannin Regional Hospital. She was born March 23, 1966, in Andrews, NC to Allan Dee Postell and Evelyn Rosalee West Postell. She was a member of Temple Baptist Church; she had worked at Ace Hardware in Blue Ridge. She enjoyed her family, music, reading, art, and crafts.

Survivors include parents, Alan and Rose Postell, husband, Ronnie Raper, children, Marcus Moose, Morgan Moose, Tate Moose, Caitlyn Raper, stepchildren, Heather (Jailyn) Chrystal, Cody Raper, paternal grandmother, Juanita Postell, siblings, Katrina (Mark) Winter, Johnny (Mandy) Postell grandchildren, Weston Moose and Akiayah Moose.

Funeral services: Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at 2:00 pm at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Hughes and Dr. Roger Beck officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the Henry-Cochran Funeral Home, Monday, September 18, 2017, 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.
