Living Wax Museum

West Fannin Elem

West Fannin ALPHA students presented their living wax museum on May 17th in the library. A living wax museum is very similar to a real wax museum in that visitors can come and learn about a variety of famous people.

ALPHA students were able to chose a famous person who made a difference in our world. After doing research, they chose important facts about the famous person. Each student created a timeline and used a tri-fold board to display the facts they gathered. In addition, students had to write a brief speech about their person. The day of the living wax museum, the students dressed as their famous person and shared their information to interested visitors and fellow students.
