Dallas Wayland O’Neal, age 46 of Blue Ridge, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2017 in Blue Ridge. He was born on March 11, 1970 in Ellijay, GA. He worked as a logger for Southern Appalachian Timber Company.

He is survived by his wife, Pam Dillard O’Neal; daughters, Molly Elizabeth O’Neal and Lisa Katlynn O’Neal; son , Robert Kelly Hughes (Maria); parents, Carroll and Martha Stanley O’Neal; brothers, Shane O’Neal and Robert O’Neal; sister, Jinger Burkett and grandsons, Dennis Chaver, Gil Atom Hughes, Michael Hughes and Jason Hughes.

Memorial services were conducted on Sunday, February 26, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. from Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Charles Brick officiating.
