Mr. Hilton “Delane” Hughes: Obituary

Hilton “Delane” Hughes, age 60 of McCaysville, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2017 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga. Mr. Hughes was born August 16, 1956 in Copperhill, TN to the late Roy E. Hughes and Claudine Holmes Hughes. He was of the Baptist faith and a US Navy veteran. He also loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them.

Survivors include: brothers, Roy (Maeola) Hughes and Milton E. (Kim) Hughes, sister, Glenda Ruth Queen, several nieces and nephews who he cared for very much also survive.

Funeral services: Sunday, February 19, 2017 at 3:00 pm at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Clinton Hughes officiating. Music will be provided by Bob Chastain and Jennette Rismiller Interment will follow in Kingtown Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers: Paul Hughes, Clinton Hughes, Roy Lee Queen, Andy Lakhani, Joshua Lasley, Matthew Lasley.

The family will receive friends at the Finch-Cochran Funeral Home Sunday, February 19, 2017, 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
