Fannin County Middle School 8^th grade teams have announced Students of the Month for December. Students are chosen by their academic teachers for this distinction. Qualifications for this honor include outstanding citizenship, good attendance, respectfulness toward faculty and peers, and a good academic standing.

Students chosen for December are: Kimberly Wyant (Team 8A), daughter of Katrina Wyant of Blue Ridge; Kainan Henson (Team 8A), son of Mark & Mary Henson of McCaysville; Summer Rogers (Team 8B), daughter of Grady & Sherry Rogers of Morganton; and Jake Jones (Team 8B), son of Jason & Wendy Jones of Blue Ridge.
