Mrs. Patricia Lee (Trish) Watkins: Obituary

Patricia Lee (Trish) Watkins, age 48, of Blue Ridge, GA passed away Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at her home. Mrs. Watkins was born in Polk County, TN on August 31, 1968. She was a member of Sunrise Tabernacle and was preceded in death by her mother Oma Lee Dockery Gray.

She is survived by her husband, Matthew Watkins of Blue Ridge; sons, Eric Watkins of McCaysville, GA and Dakota Watkins of Blue Ridge, GA; her father, Olin (Buddy) Gray of Blue Ridge; brothers, Steve Gray of Morganton and Jason Gray of Blue Ridge; sister, Melissa Thomas of Mineral Bluff and Jennifer Breeden of Blue Ridge; nieces and nephews, Lexie, Leila, and Destiny Gray, Katelin Patterson, Caitlin Breeden, Brandon and Michael Thomas, Christin Davenport, Amy Huntsinger, and Tiffany Waltz.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 3, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Larry Turner, Rev. Edmund Miller, and Rev. Johnny Rhodes officiating. Music will be by The Smith Family. Pallbearers will be Brandon Thomas, Travis Patterson, Jeremiah Green, Brandon Miller, Nathan Mashburn, and Marvin Patterson. Interment will follow in Sunrise Tabernacle Cemetery. The family will meet with friends Friday evening from 6:00-9:00 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com. Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge is in charge of arrangements.
