Molly Lou Henson, age 67 of Mineral Bluff GA passed away Friday, July 8, 2016 at her home. Molly was born on March 4, 1949 in Fannin County. She was the owner and operator of the Marble City Greenhouse. Molly attended Toccoa Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her mother, Estie Jones Brown Smith.
Survivors are her husband, Tim Henson of Mineral Bluff, GA; daughters, Tracy Henson (fiancé, Colin Colclough) of Talking Rock, GA and Stacie (Peter) Turcotte of Cartersville, GA; four grandchildren, Jennifer Long, Christopher Long, Lillie Turcotte and Ben Turcotte also survive.
Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 11, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. from the Akins of Blue Ridge Chapel with Rev. Johnny Rhodes officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeff Ferguson, Mutt Ferguson, Pete Turcotte, Colin Colclough and Jeremy Ferguson. Interment will follow in the Chastain Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 10, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
