Jacob Stephen Hudson, age 22, of Copperhill, TN, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016. He was born November 25, 1993 to Joshua David and Angela Michelle Sellers Hudson. He was of the Christian faith. He is preceded in death by his mother, Angela Michelle Sellers Hudson.

He is survived by father, Joshua David Hudson of Copperhill, TN; brothers, Anthony Hudson of McCaysville, GA and Alexander Harrington of Morganton, GA; sister, Emily Harrington of Morganton, GA; Paternal grandparents, Stan and Paula Hudson of Lakeland, FL; Maternal grandparents, Frank and Delilah Deal of Morganton, GA; great grandmothers, Marguerite Hudson and Betty Becker of Lakeland, FL; aunts, uncles, cousins, and a number of relatives and friends.

Memorial services will be conducted Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. from the Akins Funeral Home of Blue Ridge Chapel. Rev. Randy Hooper will officiate. The family will visit with friends Saturday at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to help with final expenses.
