Brush Fire 144 Tammen Dr Control burn got out of hand due to gusting winds. Used Engine 1 and additional hose, from the bottom side of fire and worked both flanks of the fire and protected structures in the area where fire got out of hand. Engine 11 setup at Kimberly Dr to work topside and both flanks, and protected structures from the top side. Engine 2 supplied Engine 1 and Engine 16 ready to supply Engine 11, Tanker 2 held in staging. Fire extinguished and all units returned to service.
