April 10-14 is National Library Week! The Friends of the Fannin County Public Library would like to invite you to a Library Appreciation.
Reception on Wednesday, April 13 from 5:00-6:00 PM at the library.
Finger foods and punch will be served. Everyone invited! Come and celebrate how much you love your library!

On Thursday, April 21 Dyana will be showcasing the new Low Vision equipment that our library and our regional system has been given by
Georgia Library for Accessible Services to assist people with visual handicaps. Anybody can come and get a demonstration of this equipment.

On Saturday, April 23, from 10:30AM-12 noon local author Wally Avett will be speaking and signing his books. Mr. Avett resides just over the
border in North Carolina and writes the column “Hillbilly Ranger” in the Cherokee Scout. AN accomplished storyteller, he is the author of “Coosa
Flyer,” “Rebel Bushwhacker,” “Murder in Caney Fork,” and “Last Bigfoot in Dixie.”
