Mr. David Ransom Hyatt, age 56, of Dallas, GA, passed away on September 23, 2015. David was a talented Musician who enjoyed writing and performing music. He was also loved riding his Harley Davidson Motorcycles. Preceding him in death was his father, Donald Gene Hyatt; brother, Robert Hitt; sister, Susan Ann Raybon; and nephew, Matthew Decenzo.
Survivors include his mother, Gloria Hitt of the home; brothers, Donald Hyatt of Blue Ridge, GA and Daniel Hitt of Marietta, GA; sister, Cindy Dalola of Clinton, TN; nieces and nephews, Daniel, Erin and Grant Hyatt, Allen Hitt, Jenny Drummond, and Gayle Jones.
Funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. from the Akins Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dr. Hal Doster officiating. Interment will follow in the Chastain Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will meet with friends at the funeral home prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.akinsfuneralhome.com.
