Two Fannin County High School FFA members Adriana Smith and Montana Pearson traveled to the University of Georgia in Athens on June 22-23 for UGA’s Animal Science in Action Program. The program gives students a better taste of what animal science is and what an animal science student would have to do with an animal science degree. The animal science program took students on a campus tour . In certain spots around the campus they had activities set up to give a deeper look into animal science. In this two day program the students learned a great deal of information and had a great time doing it.
