WFES Celebrates International Dot Day

On Tuesday, September 15 fifth graders at West Fannin celebrated International Dot Day.  The day revolved around the book The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds.  Students learned about the importance of creativity, bravery and self expression.  Creating a picture from a dot, using the IPads to make three dimensional dots, painting dot t-shirts, and hosting our first grade student to make dot headbands and 3D Dots were just a few of the many activities 5th graders completed.
